Clarksville is a city in Johnson County, Northwest Arkansas nestled between the Arkansas River and the foothills of the Ozark Mountains where Interstate 40 and US Highway 64 intersect.

At HorseHead Lake Lodge, we’re thrilled to offer a stunning wedding venue that truly embraces the natural beauty of Arkansas. Imagine exchanging vows on a peaceful walkway that winds through the trees, leading you to a serene lakeside setting for your reception. With the Ozark National Forest as your backdrop, your big day truly becomes a part of nature’s magnificent canvas. Our venue offers a rustic charm that perfectly complements the romantic atmosphere of your special day. From start to finish, we’re here to help you create a picture-perfect wedding day that you’ll remember forever.

We are currently offering full weekend packages in 2024!

The full weekend package consist of the ceremony hall and Cantilevered deck Overlooking the lake along with the bridal suite as well as the newly constructed reception / banquet hall. The new reception hall also contains a three bedroom guest quarters along with a rooftop Sky Deck. In addition the package includes Horsehead Lake Lodge I. Horsehead Lake Lodge I is located about 400 feet from the ceremony hall and banquet facility and sleeps 12.

So with this package you have the ability to sleep up to 26 people for two nights and allows you full access to everything from Friday at noon until Sunday at 10am.

You do not get ran out of the venue on the night of the wedding. You have full access all night long.

We offer a huge courtyard with picnic tables and fire pits as well. In addition lighted pickle ball courts and basketball courts are available to use and onsite! All of our packages include the use of the boat dock, kayaks and canoes. Firewood for the numerous fire pits is also included.

• The full weekend package is $8900
• We are also selling smaller packages which consist of weekday packages starting at $1500
• Friday and Sunday packages starting at $3400
• Saturday packages starting at $6900
• Weekday, destination package that includes Monday to Thursday and is identical to the full weekend package for $5900

In addition to the lodging described above we have two Glamping Cabin’s and three Waterfall Cabin’s available to rent. The five additional Cabins will sleep a total of 18 additional guest.

Bringing the on-site total to 44 guest. With that being said, we do not count heads. So you can accommodate as many as you want. We offer two camper hook ups as well that we do not charge additional for.

The full weekend package and the weekday destination package will increase by $1000 in 2025. Other package pricing for 2025 will increase by $500. Part of the price increase is due to additional amenities being added.  

• Full weekend packages require 25% deposit - Additional 25% due within 90 days - Balance due 60 days prior to the event  
• All other packages require 50% down - Balance due 60 days prior to the event  

We can assist with caterers, florist, DJs, etc. We have numerous contacts that provide services at the venue frequently. Be glad to help!  

You have to see the place in person to truly appreciate all that it has to offer! We give tours seven days a week and would welcome the opportunity to show you around!
