Read Their Love Story!

Late in the summer, I was invited to a birthday party for a work friend. Needless to say, most of the people from work came. I walk in the door, and immediately I saw her, directly across the room from me. But I went about my business for a bit, saying my hellos and whatnot. At one point, the bartender that I work with approached me and said that she had brought her roommate along. She said her roommate was an incredible woman, and that I had to meet her. She said "if you guys actually meet, I know you're gonna love each other!" When I saw that it was the same girl I was drawn to at the beginning of that party, I was definitely intrigued. Initially, my plan was to leave the party around 10... I had somewhere else to be. That all changed as I sat on the back porch with her, having the most intellectually stimulating conversation I had ever had with a stranger. I didn't end up leaving until after one... As I was leaving the party, we exchanged numbers and agreed to meet up and hang out again. I went out of town for about a week and a half, and on my way back, I let her know, and we agreed to hang out the next today. After that, we spent every moment together that we could, Learning along the way just how much our souls were meant to be in the company of the other's. We learned that our hearts beat in time, and that we each dance to the beat of our own drum, which just so happens to be the exact same one. The first time we kissed, we were both so nervous we were shaking. This one day, not very long after we met, I went over to her house and she offered me a Dr. Pepper... I'm in love with Dr. Pepper, but she drinks Diet Coke. I was so enchanted by that act, because it meant she was already trying to show me that she thought about me when we weren't together. And now? Now, we are perfect. I don't care if it's cliché to say this, but we really do fall more in love every day, and I couldn't have created someone that was more of a perfect match for me. I'm more in love than I ever thought possible.
