A professional caricaturist since 1984, M.C. specializes in quick-draw caricatures (1-3 minutes per face/head/shoulders/black/white, 4-5 minutes for color).

She studied at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh under the late, great John Johns, where he selected her to participate in the Three Rivers Arts Festival caricature program. She continues to day at the Three Rivers, where she is consistently number one in sales.
M C continues to grow with workshops by famed artists like Tom Richmond at ISCA conventions and years of travel with the talented artist Sam Klemke. M C is also inspired by Al Hirschfeld, Frida Kahlo and Georgia O'Keeffe, among others. M C is a member of VisitPittsburgh, the International Society of Caricature Artists (ISCA) and the Pittsburgh Society of Artists.
