With some of the most stunning views of the Northeast Kingdom, Burke Mountain Resort offers several beautiful locations ideal for hosting your special day.
Weddings at Burke Mountain
We've had weddings on skis. We've had them on bikes. Casual and Formal. In Vermont's Northeast Kingdom where enjoying the great outdoors is a way of life, it is no surprise that many couples have chosen to say "I Do" in the breathtaking alpine setting of Burke Mountain.

Burke Mountain Hotel
Even in our amazing outdoor surroundings, you and your guests have to come inside sometime. We've got you covered.
Unlike a lot of slope-side hotels, there's not a bad view from the Burke Mountain Hotel. Out every studio, 1, 2 or 3 bedroom suite is a view of either the mountain or Willoughby Gap. Sit at the window, turn on the gas fireplace and it's like you have a slope-side cabin all to yourself.

THE BEST VIEW OF THE MOUNTAIN
Just at the end of Dashney Road sits the Dashney Nordic Center. The Center offers 18km of groomed trails for XC skiing and snowshoeing through woods and rolling fields. Most of the trails (aside from Sugarwoods) are also dog-friendly if your pup needs some outside time too.
The beauty and versatility of the East Burke area is credited to so much more than just what is available to mountain bikers. From hiking to swimming, horses to hang gliding, come see why our corner of the Kingdom yields some of the best adventures and views in the Northeast. And now stay, in one of the finest Hotels in the State, a perfect base to begin and end your day.
IN & AROUND THE WATER
Deep, clean Lake Willoughby has something for everyone no matter the season. In the winter, the frozen lake provides some of the best (and scenic) ice fishing and ice climbing in New England. While you're absorbing the views of Mt. Pisgah on the east and Mt. Hor on the west the area also hosts numerous nordic skiing and snowshoe trails as well as backcountry glade access.
